Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
I will not be held responsible for any misinterpretations of my terms of service.
General

I am available for commissioning via VGen, Commissions.gg, or through the form provided in the Commission page of this site.

If you commission me outside of VGEN or Commissions.gg, it will be processed through Arty.

Please give me your references and details when you make a request. It would be best if you could provide graphic/picture references.

The product details and add-on fees are stated here.

If you have a custom file size preference, we can discuss it based on your request, provided it is reasonable.

If you would like the original drawing file, there will be an additional charge.

I have the right to refuse your commission.
Revisions
You have three free minor revisions: twice during the draft stage, once during the rendering stage.

Minor revisions: additional items, expression changes, things that do not affect the composition or the general idea that has been proposed.

Major revisions: new pose, new background, different overall outfit, anything that affects the composition of the picture and/or requires a change of more than 30% of the picture.
Additional revisions and major revisions will cause additional fees.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If the client cancels the commission when I have started working on the color sketch, the client will be refunded 50% of their payment. Any cancellation after the colored sketch is finished/ during the rendering stage will not be accepted.

If I (the artist) cancel the commission, the client will be fully refunded.
Payment
Clients can make a full upfront payment. However, there's also an option for payment plans

Half and half: Half of the payment can be paid upfront, then the other half when the colored sketch is approved by the client. However, if you decide to cancel your commission when the 2nd payment is required, you will not get a refund.

Rights & usage

DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artwork or remove my watermark in any case. Especially DO NOT use it for NFT or AI training.

There would be three types of licenses available:

Personalised Use: For profile picture/banner on social media, personal uploads with no commercial intention and small batches of prints as gifts.

Monetised Content Use: For streaming with monetisation available on any platform, social media uploads to promote brands/campaigns with commercial intention.

Commercial Use: For making physical commercial products. Purchasing this license allows you to use it for Monetised Content as well.

I have the right to use the finished commissions in my portfolio or feature them in my artbook. Clients still own the copyright to the characters (if they are OCs) and will be credited as the owner of those characters. The commissioned artworks will not be sold as prints.

By default, I can stream and publish my artwork without any restrictions. If you want your commissioned piece not to be published or to be published later, please negotiate with me. Additional fees will apply if the delay is longer than 6 months or if the artwork is permanently privatised.
procedure

STEP 1: Make sure you agree to the terms and conditions above.

STEP 2: Place your request.

STEP 3: I will reply to your request via email within 24 hours. After confirming the details with the client, I'll decide whether to take on your request.

STEP 4: While the commission is progressing, I will update you three times.

STEP 5: I will send you the finished product.
